Next level Dataviz Inspiration tool

This week has been a bit wild.
I welcomed 191 people into the first cohort of my d3.js course.

I'm honestly blown away.

Because of that, I do not have the time to write the in depth dataviz tip I usually share. Instead, I want to point you to a great project I just discovered and share a couple of updates.

You probably know my Dataviz Inspiration project. It is a curated gallery of dataviz examples, organized by chart type. I use it all the time when starting a new project!

Now, there is something new.

Muhammad Chenariyan Nakhaee built mynextchart.com, and it is impressive. The collection is less curated, but much larger. And the best part: AI powered search.

It means you can search for features like:

• gradient
• legend
• double Y axis

or any specific visual detail you want inspiration for.

It is incredibly useful when you have an idea in mind but need visual references fast.

I love it. I am already talking with Muhammad to explore how we could collaborate.

Dataviz Talk

D3 Loves React

We are now almost 200 people in the course.

I did not expect this level of traction. Seeing participants from places like The Economist honestly feels surreal.

With the rise of AI, I think many people are realizing something important: it is time to invest in tools that once felt too hard to learn.
